If you find the same accomodation (with the same booking condition) at a lower rate somewhere else on the internet after you have booked, the total difference will be refunded to you. Just contact us within 24 hours of making the booking with the details of the accommodation and the other website.
  1. Your email should include the following information: your name, reservation number and the website and name of the accommodation where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.
  2. The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
  3. The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when our partner validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
  4. The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hostel or budget accommodation provider as booked through Destinationbooker.com on the same check-in and check-out dates including any booking related fees with the same booking conditions.
  5. The lower rate must be in the same currency.
  6. Destinationbooker will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through HostelBookers.com is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show. Refunds will only be given after the checkout date, once this has been confirmed.
  7. If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest price guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy and the non-refundable deposit are still applicable.
  8. "Lowest price guarantee" does not apply to accommodation purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the accommodation provider where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
